Placing an Order
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation by email. 

Account
All orders placed on the Kmoshon website kmoshon.com are stored in our customer system. The information saved is the customers shipping and billing address and order history.
You can choose your own password for login. Here you can view your own profile which contains your order history.  

Order Confirmation
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including your order number, details of the product you have ordered and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation 24h after placing an order, please contact us.
Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with all shipment details. In the unfortunate event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.

Pricing
Prices are shown in EUR.  Prices do not include delivery charges.
If the package is not collected by the customer and costs are incurred as a result of this, the customer is liable for the additional costs and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. 

Kmoshon reserves the right to change prices of the products. The price of the products will be valid throughout the process of placing an order. We reserve the right to correct the price due to human or technical errors.

Payment
We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Paypal. The payment will be taken when your order is processed.

Shipping Information
Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including all shipment details. The order will be shipped from Norway.

Shipping costs are:

Norway: 199 NOK
North America + Asia: 39 EUR
Europe: 29 EUR
Oceania: 55 EUR

All orders are sent with DHL Express and will be delivered to your delivery address or your local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent via sms when your package on its way. A shipment that is not collected within 14 days will be returned to us. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.

Taxes and Duties

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local taxes (VAT) and import duties are included in the price. Your order is not subject to any additional charges when receiving the parcel.

Important Information
All orders are fully traceable with the provided tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item is out of stock, you will be informed by email as soon as possible.  Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays or severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses. Kindly also note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Trying Items On
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. When trying on eyewear, please avoid contact with make-up and touching the lenses. Never place the item with the lens face down as this can result in scratches.  Items must be unworn with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.

Returns
If you change your mind about an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.  Use the return label in the parcel. Please read the return instructions carefully before returning the order.

Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria.

The customer is responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to DHL either by pick up or delivered at a service point. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment and for tracking.
Please note that return shipments are at the customer’s own expense. This cost will be withdrawn when refunding the item(s).

North America + Asia: 39 EUR
Europe: 29 EUR
Oceania: 55 EUR

We will arrange a refund once the return has arrived. As soon as the return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes 3-5 business days.

Refunds
The refund for the original order will be processed as soon as the parcel has arrived at our office. The refund is made using the same payment method used at purchase. 

If the item is returned due to a default or we have sent you the wrong item the full amount including shipping cost will be refunded. 
 
Warranty Claims
There is a 1-year warranty on products sold on www.kmoshon.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and not wear and tear from regular use. If an item was received damaged, you should contact us within 7 days after purchase. . Please refer to your order number in your communication with us, along with photos of the defect and a description of the claim. If the product is considered defective, we will make a full refund including shipping costs.

Insurance
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the Kmoshon warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
 
Disclaimer
Kmoshon does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, you will be contacted by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.
