Can I get prescription lenses in my Kmoshon glasses?
Model MD-01 has a mask lens and is therefor not suitable for prescription lenses. We hope to have a new model ready soon which will be suitable for prescription lenses.

Do you offer repairs?
Kmoshon eyewear is very high quality and will last a long time when cared for correctly.
Our products are also designed to be able to be repaired wherever posssible. Most parts of the product can usually be replaced.
We offer in-person repairs and service in Kaibosh optical stores in Norway.
If you live outside Norway please contact us for recommendations on how to repair your glasses.
What is the warranty?
There is a 1-year warranty on products sold on kmoshon.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. If you have received a damaged item you should contact us within 7 days from receipt. Please refer to your order number in your communication with us, along with photos of the issue and a description of the claim. If the product is considered defective, we will make a full refund including shipping costs when the product is received in return.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends). During busy periods it might take a little longer.
Which shipping services do you use?
In Norway we ship with Bring. For international orders we use DHL Express Worldwide Go Green
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is collected by Bring (Norway) /DHL (International) it usually takes 1-3 working days to reach you depending on your location.
Can I track my parcel?
You will receive a tracking link from the shipper so you can follow the progress.
Sometimes your shipment can be delayed in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
What about customs + taxes?
International orders will have VAT removed at the checkout. You are responsible for any applicable customs and taxes in your country. Any products returned to us as a result of non-payment of customs taxes and duties will not be refunded.

Where is my order?
If you have placed an order and are still waiting to receive confirmation that it has been shipped it is most probably being processed in our warehouse.
Once it is released for shipping you will receive notification and tracking information.
We recommend that you create an account when you shop with us. When you do this a record of all your purchases is saved in your account.
We cannot guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable we will contact you by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to return it to us.
If you would like to return something, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return form. Please ensure that it is in perfect condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached. All items are inspected closely on receipt. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded.
As soon as the return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes 3-5 business days.
